The service is good and the staff are really kind to explain to me about the ingredients in the drink but i got so disappointed with the quantity for the strawberry crispy sundae. As u can see from the picture, I didn't eat it yet (only stir a bit) but the amount of the ice cream was 3/4 of the cup. Is this normal? 5 bucks for this amount? Maybe I'm wrong but the quantity really doesn't align with the price shown. It is tasty but the price really aint worth the price.

I went to there at first. I usually love MIXUE. But my phone died. I didn’t paid and I didn’t know how to do. Which I am not Malaysian. Owner helped me. I totally appreciated it. If Every time when I go to sunway, I will go there. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience here, my first 2nd time trying mixue. The staffs Aini & Hisham were extremely friendly, sweet & helpful in explaining the drinks difference. Service by them was also excellent. People like this add a significant difference in overall experience with the brand.

Best Mixue I have. The tapioca pearls were chewy soft and firm, perfect consistency compared to the mushy ones I had in Melaka. The ice-cream soft served was great, flavor with hint of vanilla, not icy or watery at all. Have to admit after two disappointing tries in other branches this one definitely got me hooked!

The place of the shop is not as cold as the other mixue outlets, just warm, probably it's next to the open door and entrance. Staff is polite and service is quite fast for a outlet that is crowded. Kudos to the team. #KeepItUp

The outlet's traffic is high but the girl had tried her best. She deserves a big raise. Still managed to remain calm and do her job to the best. The owner should take in more staffs to tackle the high traffic of this outlet.
